Document scanning for The Merseyside Ambulance Services

Pearl Scan has completed a document scanning project for the Merseyside ambulance services to have their financial records scanned and archived which helped them reduce storage space and speed up the process of obtaining documents when immediately required, this involved:


• Scanning and archiving of purchase invoices
• Scanning of suppliers statements
• Scanning and indexing of all archived financial documents

Scanning and conversion of records for Wirral Metropolitan Borough College

The Wirral Metropolitan Borough College were seeking a document scanning service to convert some of their course documents into electronic format for ease of distribution and to save costs on printing and copying. Handouts given to students would take up a lot of resources to produce regularly. Other texts that needed to be converted would also be stored on computer for more widespread viewing as opposed to printing and copying these documents. Some of the files included were:

• Book scanning and conversion to MS Word
• Scanning and conversion of Course texts to MS word
